摘要
目的:研究螺旋藻及其复方对小鼠运动能力和氧自由基代谢的影响。方法:运用生化检测等方法,观察药物对游泳训练小鼠游泳耐力、血浆、肝脏及肌肉组织中SOD、GSH-Px活性和MDA含量的影响。结果:螺旋藻及其复方能改善训练小鼠整体健康状况,延长小鼠力竭游泳时间,提高小鼠血浆、肝脏、肌肉组织中SOD、GSH-Px活性(P<0.01或P<0.05),降低MDA含量(P<0.01或P<0.05)。螺旋藻复方在延长训练小鼠力竭游泳时间,提高小鼠血浆、肝脏、肌肉组织中SOD、GSH-Px活性,降低MDA含量方面超过单味螺旋藻(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:螺旋藻复方抗运动性疲劳的作用超过单味螺旋藻,这可能与螺旋藻复方能显著提高机体抗氧化酶(SOD、GSH-Px)活性,降低脂质过氧化物(MDA)含量有关。
The effects of spirulina (SA) and its complex prescriptions (SACP) on swimming duration,the activities of SOD and GSH-Px and the contents of MDA in serum,liver and muscle in mice accepted endurance swimming training were investigated.The results showed that it.was effective in improving the general health condition of the mice, strengthening the swimming endurance as manifested by the'proiongation of the swimming time,increasing the activity of SOD and GSH-Px (p<0.01 or p<0.05) and decreasing the contents of MDA (p<0.01 or p<0.05) in serum,liver and muscle of the mice treated with SA or SACP.The effects of SACP were better than SA.It is concluded that the effect of SACP antagonizing exercise fatigue was better than SA,which may be relevant to SACP's function of increasing the activity of antioxidase (SOD,GSH-Px) and decreasing the content of lipid peroxidation (MDA).
