Study on Trap Shooters' Mental Response and Self-Regulation in Competition

尝试运用摄像资料编码的研究方法,对飞碟射击运动员比赛过程中的心理表现与自我调控进行研究,并比较新手与优秀运动员间的差异。以8名运动员为研究对象,新手和优秀运动员各半。研究结果表明,优秀运动员和新手在比赛间隙时段内的心理表现和自我调控行为呈现出某些明显差异,涉及信息回避、注意集中、情绪表现、紧张反应和准备程序一致性等方面。此种研究方法可在实际比赛情境中对运动员比赛心理进行研究,获得大量有价值的信息,是运动心理学未来可供选择的研究方法。

The study applies the coding method to the videotape to analyze trap shooters' mental response and their self-regulation in competition and compare the difference between the national elite and recruits.The results show that there are significant differences in concentration,emotion manifestation,nervous response and consistence of preparatory procedure between the elite and recruits.The paper also discusses the approach used in this study from the methodological point of view and concludes that the approach is suitable to sport psychology research.
