摘要
根据我国经济体制、经济发展、体育改革的大背景 ,论述我国职业体育俱乐部运行机制所发生的变化 ,提出我国职业体育俱乐部运行机制的目标模式。我国职业体育俱乐部应向现代职业体育俱乐部的方向发展 ,在经营、管理、投资、决策、激励、约束。
Based on the macroscopic background of the reform of China's economic system, economic development and sports, the changes and defects of the operating mechanism of professional sports clubs in China were discussed, and an objective mode for the operating mechanism was put forward. It is suggested that professional sport clubs in China should go to the direction of modern professional sport club and relevant operating mechanism for management, investment, decision making, encouragement, restriction and surveillance should be established.
