骨形态发生蛋白对膝内侧副韧带止点愈合影响的实验研究 被引量:12

摘要 为了了解骨形态发生蛋白 (BMP)在关节韧带愈合中的作用 ,将 8只普通家兔随机分为两组 ,采取自体对照的方法 ,手术制作膝内侧副韧带上止点断裂后原位修复模型 ,将部分纯化的牛骨形态发生蛋白植入韧带上止点周围 ,对侧植入牛血清白蛋白 (BSA)作为对照。结果发现 :BMP侧韧带止点周围结缔组织和骨增生明显 ,在 30 d组 BMP侧止点周围新生骨量较 BSA侧明显增多 (P<0 .0 1) ,并在韧带与骨之间出现类似末端结构样连接。因此本研究认为 To understand bone morphogenetic protein (BMP)'s effect on the healing of the torn medial collateral ligament, eight common rabbits were randomly assigned to twenty days and thirty days groups. For each rabbit, both medial collateral ligaments were cut off from their femoral attachments and rebuilt in situ. In one knee, partially purified bovine BMP (bBMP) was implanted into the bone defect in which the rebuilt medial collateral ligament was inserted, and bovine serum albumin (BSA) was implanted into the contralateral knee for control. The results showed that BMP promoted the proliferation of fibrous tissue and bone and induced ectopic bone formation. In thirty days group, the insertion of ligament progress from fibril to fibrocartilage to mineralied fibrocartilage, as a normal insertion do. These results indicated that BMP could promote the healing of the torn insertion of medial collateral ligament.
