摘要
为了提高我国男子跳马项目运动水平 ,采用文献法、调查法及生物力学三维录像解析方法对我国国家体操集训队队员卢裕富跳马侧手翻转体 90°团身后空翻两周半动作进行运动学分析。结果表明 :动作成功系数大。双腿撞板方式独特 ,不经屈膝完成缓冲和蹬离 ;1腾翻转与转体的能量主要来自离板前脚与板的摩擦力矩及腾空中上肢、躯干的协调运动 ;推手效果好 ,2腾重心腾起高。指出加强
Kinematics analysis of the cartwheel vault with 2 1/2 back saltos tucked and 1/4 twist performed by LU Yu fu, member of the China national gymnastics team, was made with methods of document study, biomechanics and 3D video explanation. The results show that success rate of his exercises is high, the style of both his legs contacting the beatboard is unique, the buffering and driving off are done without bending the knees, the strength of the first phase of the vault and turn comes mainly from the moment of force between the driving off forward foot and the beatboard, and also from the coordinated movements between the vaulting upper limbs and the body, the push off is of good effect, and the center of gravity of the second phase of the vault is high. The authors also point out that strengthening the awareness of the second phase of the vault and tuck is the key whit which LU finishes his exercises and in which he has great potentials.
