摘要 为了革新传统的短跑技术专门练习 ,将 48名大学体育系学生分组进行教学训练实验研究。研究采用了高速摄影及影片解析、数理统计等方法 ,实验结果表明 :在提高专项成绩方面实验组成绩的提高幅度明显高于对照组 ;实验组摆动腿伸髋速度和两腿剪绞速度明显高于对照组 ;实验组摆动腿着地速度显著高于对照组。实验结果提示 :实验组所采用的创新短跑专门练习比传统短跑专门练习更有利于提高 10 0 Forty eight physical education students were divided into two groups and participated in an experimental study to revise and renovate the conventional technical exercise of sprinting. High speed camera and mathematical statistical methods were used to analyze the pre testing and post testing performance between the testing group and the control group. The results showed that there was obvious difference between the two groups in improving sprinting performance and technical skills. The swing and touching ground velocity of the swing leg and the stretching velocity of the upholding leg were much higher in the experimental group than in the control group. It is indicated that the innovated technical drills and exercises are effective in improving 100m sprinting performance and technical skills.
