不同专项运动员骨骼肌弹性能利用率的比较 被引量:17

Comparison of the Utility Ratio of Muscle Elastic Energy between Athletes of Different Sports

摘要 对 2 4名专业队田径运动员、30名业余体校田径运动员、12名专业队举重女运动员和 30名中学生进行了反向跳和不同高度的下落跳测试 ,比较弹性能利用率。结果表明 ,弹性能利用率存在性别差异 ,男性受试者弹性能利用率高于女性 ;弹性能利用率存在专项差异 ,男子跳高运动员的弹性能利用率高于男子中长跑运动员 ,女子举重运动员的弹性能利用率高于女子跳跃和短跑运动员。女子跳远。 Counter jump and drop jump of different height were tested to compare the utility ratio of muscle elastic energy. 24 elite and 30 amateur track and field athletes, 12 elite female weightlifters and 30 middle school students served as subjects. The results showed that there was gender difference in the elastic energy utility ratio, of which the male was higher than the female. Among different sports the utility ratio was also different, of which the male high jumpers was higher than the long and middle distance runners, and the female weightlifters was higher than the long and high jumpers and sprinters. The elastic energy utility ratio of female long and high jumpers was highly correlated with their body physique and sports performance.
