摘要 利用静态潮湿试验法和失重试验法在弱碱性介质中对钼酸钠、苯甲酸钠、三乙醇胺和六次甲基四胺的缓蚀性能及其缓蚀协同作用进行了试验研究 ,通过试验确定了防锈配方 ,该钼酸盐系缓蚀剂具有无毒无污染环保性能优秀的特点 。 Testing investigation of corrosion inhibitory property and synergistic effect of sodium molybdate, sodium benzoate, triethanolamine and hexamethylene tetramine in weak alkaline medium was conducted with moist test and weight loss test methods. Formulation of a rust preventing agent was established through the above tests. The molybdate system corrosion inhibitor has the characteristics of non toxicity, non pollution and excellent environment protection property. The inhibitor can be used as a rust preventing agent in interval between procedures of iron and steel surface treatment and on phosphating film.
