摘要 文章介绍了溶剂萃取—火焰原子吸收法快速测定盐产品中微量铅离子的方法 ,在pH≈ 4下用吡咯烷二硫代氨基甲酸铵 (APDC)—甲基异丁基甲酮 (MIBK)萃取样品溶液中的铅离子。方法可检出样品中铅 0 .0 0 1μg/g ,10次测定相对标准偏差为 2 .4 %,回收率为92 .4 %~ 10 2 .3%;对于铁强化营养盐和锌强化营养盐中铅难以测定的问题 ,本试验中着重加以解决。 A rapid and simple method for the determination of trace lead in salt products is reported. Lead is extracted in a PH 4 solution with APDC MIBK. We have also solved the problems that the trace lead is hard to be detected in Iron Reinforced Nutrition Salt and Zinc Reinforced Nutrition Salt. The detection limits obtained was 0.001 μg/g. The relative standard deviation based on 10 determinations is found to be smaller than 2.4%, and the recoveries are in the range of 92.4%~102.3%.
