摘要
青海察尔汗盐湖开采晶间卤水 ,通过盐田滩晒析出光卤石 ,然后从盐田采收光卤石输送到加工厂生产钾肥。盐田生产的好坏直接制约着加工厂工艺流程的选择、产品质量和成本。因此盐田管理是钾肥生产的龙头。目前盐田工艺控制主要以Na+ 、K+ 、Mg+ + / /Cl-—H2 O四元水盐体系相图理论为基础 ,但在实际应用中发现该相图仅能进行定性控制和分析 ,不便于操作与定量管理。文章结合该体系相图理论数据和实际试验数据 ,应用数理统计和计算机 ,建立了其数学模型 ,对生产管理具有较强的可操作性和较高的精度 。
In chaerhan salt lake,Intercrystal brine is used for carnallite production through solar ponds evaporation.Potassium fertilizer is made from solar pond carnallite in the processing factory.Solar pond production controlled the technological process and product quality and its cost.Now solar pond managemant is based on the phase diagram theory of Na +?K +?Mg ++ //Cl --H 2O,practically we find that it is not in favor of operation and quantity controlling .In the paper,regression analysis is used to create its mathematic formula in connection with phase diagram theory and testing data.
