摘要
在SBR胶乳/NR胶乳共混的基础上,采用凝聚共沉法制备高耐磨炭黑(HAF)填充型粉末丁苯橡胶/天然橡胶并用胶[P(SBR/NR/HAF)]。研究了SBR/NR并用比、制备工艺等对P(SBR/NR/HAF)并用胶的混炼流变性能和物理机械性能的影响,并与块状SBR/NR/HAF并用胶进行了比较。研究表明,与SBR/NR/HAF相比,P(SBR/NR/HAF)的表观剪切粘度在SBR用量小于50份时对混炼时间的依赖性较低,而在SBR用量大于50份后对混炼时间具有更高的依赖性;P(SBR/NB/HAF)硫化胶的拉伸强度在整个并用比范围内对SBR/NR并用比不敏感;采用胶乳预混合的工艺制备的P(SBR/NR/HAF)具有较好的物理机械性能。
Rheological property and mechanical property of high abrasion furnace black ( HAF) filled powdered SBR/NR blends [ P ( SBR/NR/HAF) ] and HAF filled Bale SBR/NR (SBR/NR/HAF) blends with wide SBR/NR mass ratio (100/0 -0/100) were studied . The studies on the rheological property of the two kinds of blends were carried out using a Brabender torque rheometer attached with a mixing head. It was observed that in the experiment range, the sensitivity of apparent shear viscosity ηα of P( SBR/NR/HAF) tomixing time are lower than those of SBR/NR/HAF. The tensile strength of P(SBR/NR/HAF) showed no dependency to SBR/NR ratio. And by pre - mixing the SBR latex and NR latex before the two latices were mixed with carbon black, the blends of P (SBR/NR/HAF) showed better mechanical properties.
