低频振动场对HDPE力学性能影响的研究 被引量:6

STUDY ON THE EFFECT OF THE LOW FREQUENCY VIBRATION ON THE MECHANICAL PROPERTY OF HDPE

摘要 采用自行研制的压力振动注射装置对HDPE进行了力学性能的研究。分别研究了加工温度、振动频率、振动压力和振动时间对HDPE拉伸强度的影响。结果表明,在0~0.47 Hz范围内,随着频率的增加,拉伸强度提高,超出此频率范围拉伸强度有所下降,且加工温度越低,振动效果越明显。HDPE 5000S和HDPE DGDA 6098的拉伸强度分别最大提高20.7%和41.3%。 The mechanical property of HDPE is studied using a self-made pressure vibration injection device. The effects of the processing temperature, vibrating frequency, vibrating pressure and vibrating time on the tensile strength are tested. The result shows that the tensile strength increases when frequency is in the range of 0-0.47 Hz, and it decreases slightly when frequency is over this range. The vibrating effect is more notable as the processing temperature is lower. The maximum increment of tensile strength is 20.7% to HDPE 5000S and 41.3% to HDPE DGDA 6098.
