摘要
结合吉玛聚酯装置的特点 ,用数学方法建立了各反应釜在转产非稳态过程中熔体TiO2 含量变化的数学模型 ,并进行了应用。通过编制计算机程序 ,求解出转产时的最佳加料时间 。
Combining with the characters of Zimmer polyester equipment and using mathematical method, the TiO 2 content in PET melt simplified model of different reactor was built and the model has been applied. The result showed that the model tallies with the industry process and the model is reasonable and effective, by using computer programm, the appropriate adding TiO 2 time while producing different TiO 2 content PET melt was determined, this model can provide practical theoretical basis.
