摘要
通过分析冷却水换热器中的垢样组成 ,并结合冷却水运行时的水质情况 ,探讨垢在换热器中的成因及过程 ,提出采用硫酸调节冷却水pH至 7.5~ 8.0、连续均匀投加水质稳定剂。
By analyzing the composition of the scale samples from the cooling water heat exchanger and in conjunction with the water quality of the cooling water in operation, an investigation is made into the causes of formation and process of scaling in the exchanger, and preventive measures are proposed, viz., adjusting the pH value of the cooling water to 7.5~8.0 with sulfuric acid, continuously and uniformly adding a water stabilizer, and intensifying sterilization and stripping treatment to reduce the sedimentation of biological slime.
