摘要
目的 :评价PET、RT PCR、IHC三种方法检测肿瘤转移灶的价值。材料和方法 :对 11例恶性肿瘤患者分别进行FDG PET全身扫描、骨髓组织标本的RT PCR、IHC检测。结果 :PET、RT PCR、IHC三种方法的阳性率分别为 81.8%、72 .7%、5 4.5 %。PET、RT PCR检测转移灶的灵敏度均高于IHC ;PET与RT PCR之间无差别 ,但是FDG PET能显示病灶的位置和范围。结论 :FDG PET是一种对肿瘤转移灶有价值影像学检查。
Purpose: To compare the diagnostic value of PET?RT-PCR?IHC in metastasis of cancer.Materials and Medthods: Eleven patients with cancer were investigated with FDG-PET. The bone marrow samples of all patients were tested with RT-PCR and IHC methods.Results: The sensitivity of PET, RT-PCR and IHC methods were 81.8%,72.7% and 54.5% respectively. The sensitivity of PET and RT-PCR methods were higher than that of IHC method. There was no statistically significant difference between FDG-PET and RT-PCR, but the FDG-PET could show size and location of metastasis. Conclusion: FDG-PET may be sufficient for detecting metastases in cancer cases.
