摘要
简要介绍了粉末涂料的特点 ,并从涂膜性能的优化角度论述了粉末涂料原料的选择和使用情况。从羧基聚酯树脂 -TGIC体系纯聚酯粉末涂料配方设计入手 ,研究了基料、填料、助剂对其涂膜性能 (主要物理机械性能 :涂膜之耐冲击力、柔韧性、倾斜流动性、硬度、附着力、抗UV老化等 )的影响 。
This paper is meant to not only simply introduce the basic knowledge of powder coatings but also introduce the choice and use of material.Its purpose is to design compounding of the white pure polyester powder coating by use of polyester resin and TGIC.The mechanism of solidifying coating film and effect of basic material,gasket material,assistants on performance of coatings films is analyzed.The result shows that one formula design of given materials of the best comprehensive properties.
