沿海挡潮闸焦油无机涂料防腐处理

Corrosion protection for coastal floodgates with coal tar inorganic paints

分析了沿海挡潮钢闸门长期受浸泡海水、干湿交替、日光曝晒、沿海盐雾、海生生物及潮湿空气的腐蚀情况。采用焦油无机涂料对挡潮闸进行防腐处理。介绍了预处理及涂装过程 ,经 5年使用后 ,漆膜完好无损。

Corrosion of coastal floodgates in environments such as seawater, dry wet exchange, exposure in sunlight, coastal salty air, marine animals and plants and moist air was described. Coal tar inorganic paints were used for corrosion protection of floodgates, Pretreatment and painting procedures were introduced. Results show that coatings on floodgate surface keep intact after 5 years.
