糠醛羰基加氢超细CuO/SiO_2环境友好催化剂的研究(Ⅰ)──活性组分负载量对催化剂结构及催化性能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 采用溶胶 凝胶法制备超细CuO/SiO2 环境友好催化剂 ,用XRD、TEM对催化剂结构进行表征 .将催化剂用于糠醛羰基催化加氢反应 ,分别制备糠醇和 2 甲基呋喃 ,研究活性组分负载量对催化剂结构及催化性能的影响 .并与Cu Cr/γ Al2 O3 负载型催化剂进行比较 .结果表明 :溶胶 凝胶法制备的催化剂载体颗粒直径达到纳米数量级 ,CuO高度分散于载体内 ,晶粒度小 ,催化性能高 .作为一种新型无Cr的环境友好催化剂 ,无毒 ,无污染 ,高活性 ,高选择性 ,可代替Cu Cr催化剂用于糠醛加氢过程 ,制取糠醇和 2 CuO/SiO-2 environmentally friendly catalysts were prepared by sol-gel methods. The structure of the catalysts were characterized by XRD, TEM. The catalysts were applied for Hydrogenation of Furfural to furfuryl alcohol and 2-methylfuran. Influence of copper content on the structure and catalytic performance of Catalysts was discussed. The performance of the catalysts were compared with Cu-Cr/γ-Al 2O 3 catalysts. The results showed that sol-gel method could prepare ultrafine particle catalysts. The active components had smaller crystal diameter and more highly dispersed on the support surface. The catalysts had high activity and excellent selectivity in the hydrogenation reaction of furfural. As a new type of catalysts, they could substitute Cu-Cr catalysts for producing furfuryl alcohol and 2-methylfuran.
