摘要
采用反相高效液相色谱外标法测定了异丙威原药的含量 ,方法的标准偏差为0 17,变异系数为 0 17% ,线性相关系数为 0 9998,回收率为 99 5 2 %～ 10 0 4 7%
A method was developed for the determination of isoprocarb by RP HPLC. The results showed that the standard deviation was 0.17, the coefficient of variation 0.17%, linear correation 0.9998, and the recovery 99.52%～100.47%.
