气相色谱法分析高温处理金属大炉气体组成

Determination of Treating Metals Oven Gases Composition by Gas Chromatography

提出了一个新的采用气相色谱测定金属处理大炉气体组成的方法。同传统的红外方法相比 ,色谱法可在较短的时间内对 7种大炉中的气体成分进行测定 ,建立的方法具有简便快速、线性范围宽 ,多组分同时测定的特点。

A new gas chromatography method was presented for determination of treating metals oven gas Composition.Comparing with traditional infrared spectroscopy method,different gas components such as H 2,O 2,CH 4,CO,CO 2 and H 2O can be analyzed simultaneously,that is useful for treating metals quality control.The gas chromatography method has wider linear range than IR method.
