重油催化裂化装置提升管反应器及汽提段的技术改造

介绍了东明石化集团有限公司 14 0kt/a催化装置在 2 0 0 1年 6月份的大修中 ,采用洛阳高新柯恒石化技术有限公司的CCK系列喷嘴及高效汽提技术对装置提升管反应器和汽提段进行改造的情况。改造后生焦量明显下降 ,汽提效果有所改善。再生床层温度下降了 18℃ ,焦炭中H/C比下降了 2 .76% ,干气中H2 /CH4 比下降了 0 .15 ,在投用直馏汽油改质的情况下 ,产品总液收增加了 1.14 %。

In June, 2001's servicing of the RFCCU in Dongming Petrochemical Group Co., Ltd. ,the riser reactor and the stripping zone was revamped by using the CCK serial nozzle and high efficiency stripping techniques of the Luoyang Keheng High & New Technology Petrochemical Co., Ltd.. After revamping, the coke yield greatly decreased, and the stripping result was improved. The temperature of the regenerating bed dropped by 18℃, the H/C of coke decreased by 2.76%, the H 2/CH 4 in dry gas decreased by 0.15. Under the condition of using straight run gasoline upgrading, the liquid product yield increased by 1.14 percent points.
