Developing the Analytical Methods of 6-Amino Penicillanic Acid by HPLC

采用HPLC法测定 6-氨基青霉烷酸的含量 ,通过对流动相的配比、pH值、流速、样品的浓度及柱规格等色谱条件进行选择 ,结果表明此法较通用的碘量法快速、准确。

A method for determing the assay of 6-Amino pencillanic acid by HPLC is developed.Acceptable mobile phase components,pH value,flowrate,sample concentration and column speification is chosed by adusting chromatography condition.The method is rapid,accurate and high sensitivity than general iodine-titrate methods.
