摘要
采用 CTAB法提取 1 1个芦荟材料的基因组 DNA为模板 ,以 50个随机引物进行RAPD分析。结果表明 :大部分引物可以在不同模板上扩增出条带 ,但仅有 6个引物可以同时在 1 1个芦荟材料的 DNA上扩增出条带 ,对 1 1个芦荟种或变种的 RAPD结果进行聚类分析 ,结果表明基本符合传统分类观点。对 RAPD技术在芦荟属植物分类研究中的问题进行了讨论。
The genome DNA of the 11 Aloe accessions was used as templates and amplified with 50 random primers by using RAPD,which was successfully extracted from the leaves of eleven Aloe accessions (including species,some varieties) by using the improved CTAB method.Results were shown that fragments were amplified on different templates with most of the random primers,but fragments were amplified from all templates only with six primers.According to the results of RAPD,the genetic relationship among the 11 accessions was analysed for classification of Aloe was discussed.
