An antithetical couplet spreading i n society warns us that earnestly imp lementing CYLs work is very importa nt and urgent.Therefore,League cadres need to cut the number of meetings and official papers to a minimum.They must stick to combination of theory and practice a nd combination of the situations above and those below.They should do solid work and stress practical results.Sound and effective management and supervision mechanisms need to be established.More importantly,leading cadres should play an exempl ary role.
