20 0 1年 11月 ,作为中瑞合作项目甘肃子项目———人力资源管理培训班的学员 ,我有幸赴瑞士接受了培训 ,并实地进行了参观考察。印象最深刻的是瑞士对人力资源开发的重视 ,尤其是政府对教育的重视和企业对员工培训的投入 ,以及人力资源开发与利用所显示出的对经济增长和社会发展的巨大推动作用。人力资源丰富而人才资源缺乏是我国的基本国情 ,也是我国经济和社会发展的根本性矛盾之一。因此 ,发展教育是我国人力资源开发的前提 。

In Nov 2001, it's my pleasure to accept training in Switzerland and make an on the spot investigation as a member of Human Resources Management's Training Class--Gansu specific project of cooperative project between China and Switzerland What is impressed me deeply is that Switzerland attaches great importance to exploiting human resources, especially to education and training the staff And it is evident that to exploit and to make use of human resources push the economic and social development forward The basic conditions of our country are plenty of human resources and lack of talented persons Also, that is a basic contradiction of our economic and social development So, to exploiting our human resources, it is the premise to develop the education, and it is the effective way to strengthen the training
