执政为民本质要求实现过程的领导干部修养

江泽民“三个代表”思想的本质要求是执政为民,这个实现过程没有领导干部良好的自我修养参与不行。领导干部应该在政治理论、理想信念、作风、道德品质等四大基本方面加强自我修养,通过学习与实践这两大主要途径不断巩固,才能真正提高执政为民的素质与水平。
