Relationships between State Fiscal Expenditure and Private Consumption Demand in China

本文为分析积极财政政策对民间消费需求的影响提供了一个具有微观基础的理论框架。理论分析和经验检验的结果表明 ,实施积极财政政策 ,扩大财政支出 。

This paper provides a theoretical framework that has a micro base for analyzing the impact of the active financial policy——introduced to help deal with the problem of deflation since 1997——on private consumption demand. Theoretical analysis and empirical testing show that the active financial policy, expansion of fiscal expenditure and capital construction have indeed helped to stimulate private consumption demand.
