摘要
科学研究与开发 (R&D)对经济增长的促进作用已是一个不争事实 ,但是具体到对每一项科研成果的经济作用进行评估 ,还没有一个统一的标准。通过在对R&D的一般经济功能分析的基础之上 。
It has already been an irrefutable fact that R&D promotes to the economic growth. But there is yet not a standard to evaluate economic function for each scientific finding. This essay attempts to confirm the economic benefits of R&D investment based on analyzing general economic function of R&D.
