第四次技术革命的特征是高技术群的出现,高技术系统的要素之一信息贯穿于高技术的发展过程中,伴随着系统的信息变化,以信息技术群为主导的产业将过渡到以生物技术群为主导的产业,从而引起人类的生产,组织,思想方式的变化。
