洁消精溶液中有效氯含量与除热原效果的实验观察

The experimental observation of Jiexiaojing solution's effect of removing pyrogen versus its accepted chlorine.

目的观察洁消精溶液中有效氯与除热原效果之间的关系。方法测定洁消精溶液中有效氯含量和经该溶液浸泡处理的玻璃注射器的热原反应 ,第 1周实验结果列为A组 ,第 2周实验结果列为B组。结果洁消精溶液中有效氯含量随着时间而下降 ,温度升高 ,下降加快。当A组洁消精溶液中有效氯高于 0 .33% ,B组低于 0 .33% ,且两组有效氯浓度之间差异有显著意义时 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,经这两组洁消精溶液浸泡处理的注射器的热原反应差异也有显著意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。

Objective To observe the relationship beteen the effect of removing pyrogen and the accepted chlorine content of Jiexiaojing solution.Methods Determine the accepted chlorine content of the Jiexiaojing solution and the pyrogen reaction of the syringes that have been immerse handled by the solution. Set the experiment results of first week as group A, the second week's as group B.Results The accepted chlorine content in Jiexiaojing solution will be falling with the time, the higher the temperature is, the quickev the falling done. When the accepted chlorine content in the solution in group A is more than 0.33%, in the group B is less than 0.33% , and the content in the two groups have singnificant difference ( P <0.001), then the pyrogen reaction of the syringes that have been immerse handled by this two group solution seperatly will have significant different also ( P <0.05). Conclusion The accepted chlorine content in Jie xiao jing solution is a important factor that effects its result of remaving pyrogen.
