文章从生产实际出发,探索出采用高压聚乙烯作加强帽材料,设计制造出塑料帽模具与帽体,并成功应用于雷管中替代金属加强帽。从而简化了工序,降低了成本,有利安全和产品质量。

To use high-pressure polyvinyl as the material of the plastic rein forcing-cap and the to produce the model of plastic cap and the cap itself instead of the metal reinforcing-cap is discussed in this paper.Thus the operation is simplified,the cost is lowered.And it is good for safety and the quality of the production.
