摘要
目的研究除臭剂等化妆品中可溶性锌盐的测定方法。方法用纯水提取除臭剂等化妆品中可溶性锌盐 ,再用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定其含量。结果用该法所测得标准曲线其相关系数可达到0.999以上 ,方法检测限:8.2×10-3 μg ;定量下限:2.7×10-2μg ;精密度 :1.26 ,回收率 :97.0 %~98.5% ;该法测定时无干扰因素出现。
Objective To explore a method for determination of dissolvable zinc salt in deodorizing cosmetics. Methods The contents of dissolvable zinc salt in deodorants extracted by pure water were detected by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry. Results The correlation coefficient of the standard curve was more than 0.999. The detection limit, precision and recovery rates of the method were 8.2×10-3 μg, 1.26% and 97.0%~98.5% respectively. The lowest detection limit of zinc salt was 2.7×10-2 μg. No other interfering factors were found during detection process. Conclusion This method could meet the requirements of hygienic physico_chemical detection for cosmetics.
