摘要
广州市域水污染问题突出 ,其根本原因是清污不分 ,跨区污染。提出必须特别重视城市尾水的处置以保护饮用水安全 ,确立了广州市“三级控制、两级导流”的城市水污染控制策略 ,并设计了以城市尾水战略性转移为龙头 ,从污染源头控制。
The problems of farraginous flow of clear and contaminated streams and cross infection of pollution across the districts are very prominent in the water environment in Guangzhou City. The treatment of urban tail-water will be essential to protect the safety of drinking water. An urban water pollution control plan called tri-stage controls and two-stage diversions headed by strategic diversion of urban tail-water has been established. This is an overall program involving pollution sources control, centralized wastewater treatment and disposal of tail-water.
