摘要
对目前广泛采用的炼钢厂一次烟气引风机叶轮冲水清灰效果不佳的原因进行了分析 ,提出了采用压缩气体清灰的思路 ,并计算了供气压力。现场实际运行效果表明 ,风机运行周期超过一个月。
Pressured water is usually used to retards dust deposits on the blades of steel-making plant fan,the paper analyze the cause that it can not minimize the problem.Instead of compressed air ,adhesion of dust to the fan blades is reduced and the fan runs for one mnth before it began to vibrate obviously.
