摘要
京杭运河特大桥施工中 ,根据箱梁的结构特点 ,设计装拆式大模板 ,利用36个台座流水作业 ,提高了工效 ;箱梁表面平整光滑 ,未出现裂缝或变形 ,质量优良 ;利用架桥机安装箱梁 。
In the construction of super large bridge on Jing-Hang Canal, considering special feature of box beam, removable large form system was designed and installed/removed by flow process through 36 pedestal and thus productivity increased,no cracks/deformation appeared,smooth surface of the beam achieved as well.In addition,the usage of bridge installing machine accelerated construction progress.
