摘要
在试验测点温度值的基础上,利用Zernike多项式拟合出玻璃表面的温度分布。对特定的 周向、径向、轴向温差和温度水平,进行窗口外玻璃热弹性分析。把节点的热变形拟合为Zernike多项式并代入ZEMAX软件求得系统波前误差的RMS。分析结果表明,在温度变化相同时,窗口外玻璃的周向温差对系统波差影响最大。
The temperature distribution on glass surface is fitted by means of Zernike polynomial on the basis of the measuring values at test points. The thermo-elastic analysis for glass outside the space optical windows was carried out for the specified circumferential, radial and axial temperature difference and temperature level. The thermal deformation at nodes was fitted as Zernike polynomial and substituted into ZEMAS software to solve for wave-front error RMS of the system. The analytical results show that with the same temperature variation the effect of the circumferential temperature difference on the wavefront error is the largest.
