摘要
讨论了一种新混凝土构件用冷拔41MnSiV,φ7mm压痕钢丝的强度、塑性和组织结构的关系.计算了显微组织强化和位错强化值,分析了析出相VC的沉淀强化作用,指出上述3个因素使钢丝具有较高的强度.由于在钢丝上进行压痕工艺处理,它改变了钢丝的组织形态,从而使压痕钢丝具有较好的塑性.该钢丝不需经过热处理,性能达到σ_b≥1000MPa,δ100%≥4%.
A new kind of prestressing drawn wire with compression mark used in concrete structure of 41MnSiV, φ7 mm, needn't subject to heat treatment, but its mechanical properties are better, such as limit tensile strength σ_b≥1000MPa, percentage elongation δ_(100)%≥4%, is discussed with emphasis on the relationship between its strength, plasticity and microstructure. Both the strengthening value of microstructure and dislocation are calculated. The effect of precipitate consolidation on VC is analysed. The three strengthening factors mentioned above make the strength of the steel wire more higher, and a better plasticity has also been obtained due to the change of microstructure through compression mark treatment.
