加入世贸组织,对中国经济的发展是一次重要的历史机遇,是中国融入世界经济主流的重要战略选择,也是推动中国市场经济成熟发展的重要力量。中国的国有企业只有通过深层次的改革,不断提高竞争力,才能在世界经济贸易的大舞台上占有一席之地,因此,研究中国国有企业深层次的矛盾和改革的基本思路,同时借鉴西方国家国有企业改革的经验,是一项非常迫切的任务。
