我国刑事诉讼证据规则具有法律价值。证据规则应坚持规律性、可行性和法制性等基本原则,同时要以客观性、相关性、合法性为具体内容。
The evidence rule in our Criminal Proceduce Law has legal value.The evidence rule should adhere to the basic principles of regularity,feasibility and legality;besides,it should hold to the concrete content of objectivity,relativity and legality.
