H型钢轧制新技术及水冷模铸异型坯轧制H型钢研究 被引量:2

New Development of H-beam Rolling Technology and the Study on Rolling H-eeam by Profiled Slab with Water Cooled Mould

摘要 目前世界上 H 型钢轧制技术有明显进步。主要有:近终形连铸异形坯;无开坯机的 H-V 孔型粗轧;多规格轧制(MPS)技术;万能和轧边端孔型合一的 UE 万能轧机。生产成本大幅降低。建设新的 H型钢轧机,必须考虑其在经济上的竞争能力。作者们开发了水冷铸模异型坯的技术,用水冷模铸异型坯轧制凸缘断面型钢,适应多品种、小批量的需求,水冷模铸异型坯的质量可高于模铸坯,生产成本低于连铸异型坯,生产线建设费用是连铸异型坯的1%~3%以下。 H-beam rolling have been clearly developed in the world.New technology are as fol- lows:near net shape continuous casting blank,H-V pass roughing without break down mill,the multi -purpose section mill,the UE pass to be composed of U-pass and E-pass.The produce cost can be clearly lower.A new technology of founding profiled slab with water cooled mould was devdloped,and the profiled slab can be rolled to H beam and all kinds of complicated section steel.The H beam was checked out,its quality is satisfied with national standards.The production shows that this kind water- cooled slab are more fit to the requirements of more varieties and lower batch production,the section steel works can obtain enormous economic benefit.The quality of profiled slab with water cooled mould are better than common mould slab,it's production cost is lower than continuous casting profiled slab, the production line investment is less 1%~3% of contimuous casting line.
