摘要 分析了马钢套筒石灰窑烧成带镁铬砖损毁的原因,认为手工成型生产工艺导致强度低、高温下氧化铬的挥发、碱金属与氧化铬化合生成水溶性铬酸盐而流失、氧化-还原性气氛的变化产生体积效应等是镁铬砖损毁的主要因素,为减少污染、提高寿命、提出了镁铝尖晶石的选材方案。 Wear cause of magnesia-chrome brick for calcining zone of lime muff kiln of MAGANG was analyzed.It was considered that lowstrength which resulted from manipulation,volatilization of chrome at high temperature,loss of hydrate chromate in the combination of alkaline earth metal with chrome,change of volume in oxidation-reduction atmosphere,etc.were the main factors causing wear of magnesia-chrome brick.A selection plan of materials of magnesia-alumina spinel was put forward in order to reduce pollution and increa seservice life of calcining zone.
