摘要
在传统生产模式中,设计与制造(或工艺)的脱节造成了设计返工多、加工难、效率低、成本高的弊病。面向制造的设计(DFM)同步考虑产品的功能和工艺要求,有利于设计决策在制造系统的全局趋于最优。在分析了主要的DFM方法论之后,本文着重阐述了计算机辅助DFM的优势及其实现方式。
Isolated design and manufacturing will lead to design rework, manufacturing difficulty, low productivity and high cost. Design for manufacturing(DFM) consider manufacturability as well as function of products, so it is benefit to optimal design decisions over global manufacturing system. After analyzing several DFM methods, this paper emphasizes on the advantages and realizing approaches of Computer Aided DFM, and the structure of a DFM system for mechanical part design.
