摘要
计算机集成制造系统（ＣＩＭＳ）涉及外部和内部环境从上至下的大量信息，它们的来源、频度、信息量、用途、数据结构及复杂程度均不相同，如何有效地采集、组织和管理，达到信息集成、利于共享是ＣＩＭＳ的核心问题。本文提出应用面向对象和分布式数据库管理系统，在总体数据规划的指导下，从下而上逐步“浓缩重组”的递阶方式集成ＣＩＭＳ中信息的方法，可有效地组织和管理异构分布式数据，减少通讯开销，利于共享。
Computer integrated manufacturing system(CIMS) involves a lot of informations from the top to the bottom of external and internal environment. They are different in source, frequency, quantity, application, data structure and complexity. How to collect, organize and manage the informations effectively is the core to facilitate information integration and share. This paper describes a method to integrate the informations in CIMS, under the general data rule, by progressive 'extraction and reorganization' from the bottom to the top,which results in effective organization and management of heterogeneous distributed data,reduction of communication overhead, and easy sharing of information, in addition to achieving the purpose of information integration.
