铁路通信的经济效益研究

On Economic Benefits of Railway Communication

首先讨论了对铁路通信实行经济核算、进行效益评价的积极意义,随后论述了铁路通信的杜会效益.并利用抽样调查法与投入一产出法对一个典型分局的通信效益就3年来的统计数字,提出了10项通信设备应有的运营收入计算办法,给出了定量分析与评估结果.最后提出了利于发挥通信业更大经济效益的几点建议.

The positive function of economical accounting and beneficial evalutaion in railway communication, together with its social benefits, are discussed in this paper. Then, with 3-year statistical data of communication benefits in a typical regional railway administration, a method to calculate 10 items of communication equipment operation income by sampling investigation and put into yield out analysis is proposed.The quantitative estimation results are obtained,and some proposals for getting more economic benefits of railway communication are suggested.
