The Leakage Analysis of Dry Cooling Tower Heat Radiators and the Measures to Its Leakage

太原二电厂空冷散热器投运以来，泄漏严重，已造成较大经济损失，许多有关专家对泄漏原因进行分析研究，省中试所汽机室做了空冷塔水平衡试验及循环水泵性能试验，金属室对散热器管材进行分析，通过分析研究散热器泄漏原因，采取有效的防漏措施，防止散热器泄漏。

Since the dry cooling heat radiators were put into operation in Taiyuan Second Thermal Power Plant, the serious leakage has resulted in large eco-nomic losses. Many experts have analysed the cause of the leakage, and the water ballance of dry cooling tower and the property of circulating pump have been tested by Shanxi Electric Power Research Institute,and the pipe material of heat radiators has been tested and analysed. As a result, a series of offective mea-sures to prevent the leakage have been taken.
