摘要
以太原第二热电厂1996年全年电量消耗实际值为基础值，进行了电量平衡的统计计算，并从系统损耗和厂用电消耗两方面进行了电平衡分析。
The actual value of the annual quantity of electric energy in 1996 is taken as the basic value, the statistic calculation and analysis of the quantify of electric energy according to the system losses and the plant service losses are made.
