Economic Effectiveness Analysis to Automatic Block System

据1949年至1985年的统计测算,35年来依靠增加列车重量和行车密度承担了新增货运量的75％,而其中的60％靠的是增加行车密度.在加大行车密度的诸多措施中,自动闭塞设备的发展起着决定性的作用.本文从自动闭塞可提高通过能力、增加运输收入,保证行车安全、减少事故损失以及可改善运营指标、减少运营支出3个方面论述其经济效益.

According to the statistics from 1949 to 1985, it was estimated that 75% of the added freight traffic volume during the 35 years was carried out by means of increasing train loadage and train operation density, in which more than 60% depended on increasing train operation density. Of so many measures taken to increase train operation density, developing Automatic Block System (ABS) plays a decisive role. In this paper, the economic benefit of ABS is analysed and expounded in three aspects:(1) increasing traffic capacity and transportation revenues; (2) ensuring safety in train operation, reducing accident loss; and (3) improving operation indices, reducing operating cost.
