摘要
针对超声液面检测技术中存在的问题介绍了激光结构光法的测量原理、计算公式和应用特点。结合应用实例具体叙述了液面监控和自动调节系统的结构、组成部分 ,系统工作原理 ,液位计算方法和阀门开闭控制 。
To against the problems existing in ultrasonic level detection, the measuring principle, calculation formula and applicable features of the method of structural light of laser is introduced. Combining with the practical exampie of application, the structure, composition, operational principle of level monitoring and automatic regulating system, calculation method of level as well as on off valve control are described concretely.The block diagram of the monitoring programis also given.
