摘要
针对水泥生产中存在的小剂量添加剂投料量控制不准确的问题 ,分析了现有称量装置存在的缺点 ,设计了能满足相应要求的秤体和计算机配料控制系统。具体介绍了秤体设计及实现方法 ,水泥配料检测、控制系统的结构 ,系统控制软件的工作流程。该系统性能稳定、可靠 。
To against the problem of incorrect quantity of feeding of small dosage additives in cement production, the disadvantages of the existing weighing devices are analyzed. To meet certain requirements, the scale body and computerized blending control system are designed. The design of scale body and its implementation, the structure of the cement blending detecting system and the flowchart of system control software are introduced concretely. The system is stable and reliable. lt effectively enhanced production efficiency and product quality.
