摘要
针对采用电压跟踪式限流充电方式的大容量储能点焊机,借助于计算机对充电电路数学模型进行计算分析,研究了充电电路参数对充电时间和充电效率的影响,并找出合适的工作点,以提高充电效率,减小充电时间。
For a capacitor discharge welding machine using a voltage-tracing charging mode,the mathematical model of the charging circuit was calculated and analyzed by computer to study the influence of circuit parameters on charging efficiency and charging time ,and a group of perfect parameters to improve charging efficiency and reduce charging time were found out.
